Above all else, our goal is to promote and perpetuate social change in the St. Petersburg community that will benefit most from it. By empowering women and providing valuable leadership training, we are giving local women the tools to get involved, put their talents to work, and positively impact the community of St. Petersburg, Florida.

As one of hundreds of Junior League chapters across the world, we are a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). Established in 1931, The Junior League of St. Petersburg plays an integral part in the development, improvement, and support of the communities of St. Petersburg.

Our Local Impact

Right now, our primary focus of school success with a focus on literacy, health and nutrition, requires immediate action, and our multi-faceted approach is making an impact. In 2020-2021, we plan to increase school success by supporting programming for students subject to food insecurity by distributing 2,000 food supplies and distributing over 2,000 books to under-served children of St. Petersburg. If you’re interested in learning more about our current focus or developing your own civic leadership skills, we welcome you to learn more or connect with us.
